Bhavika a Master’s in Human Development from SNDT University started her career with the Zee Group and was in the core team to design and develop curriculum plans for a vast network of franchisee centres. Later she moved to Birla Edutech and worked closely with an international expert in designing a rich and engaging curriculum using new pedagogies for young children. She has six years of experience in the domain of early childhood and has developed a keen interest in working with children and teachers.
Bhavika views children as being more capable and competent in terms of learning as they quickly build up capabilities of learning to read, write, add, subtract and solve problems.
She strongly believes that early education gives children a chance to have a better future. In a preschool, they learn to think independently, make their own choices and stand up for themselves. This early start lays a strong foundation for later life.
